family fun

It is great fun being close enough to help Megan celebrate her 26th birthday.

Finally Carl got to join in on all the family fun. We met up in Portland where we spent a rainy day at the zoo with Lucy and Jen.

While at the zoo I witnessed the strangest sight....the lioness came across her cage when Lucy came up to the glass and acted like she knew her. At first it was quite frightening with clawing and growling, then it became fascinating.

Chasing Lucy through the hay maze made her giggle with delight.

We had a fun time at the BYU/OSU game in Corvallis....especially since we won!
